At Benjamin Franklin School, the health, safety, and well-being of our students are essential to their academic success. Our School Nurse Program provides comprehensive health services that support students’ physical, emotional, and developmental needs, ensuring they are healthy, safe, and ready to learn each day.
School nurses serve as an important link between students, families, healthcare providers, and school staff. They work collaboratively with educators, counselors, social workers, psychologists, and community health partners to promote student wellness and remove health-related barriers to learning. Through preventative care, health education, screenings, and individualized health support, our nursing team helps create a healthy school environment where all students can thrive.
