Special Education Services

Benjamin Franklin School is committed to providing a comprehensive continuum of special education services that ensure every student has access to high-quality instruction, individualized support, and meaningful opportunities for success. Through collaboration among general education teachers, special education teachers, related service providers, families, and community partners, we create inclusive learning environments that meet the diverse needs of all learners.

Our Special Education Program is designed to support students with disabilities while promoting academic achievement, social-emotional growth, independence, and self-advocacy. Services are delivered in accordance with each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP) and are tailored to meet their unique strengths, needs, and goals.

A Commitment to Every Learner

At Benjamin Franklin School, we believe every student deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential. Through inclusive practices, individualized support, specialized instruction, and strong partnerships with families, our Special Education Program empowers students to become confident learners, effective communicators, and successful members of their school and community. Our commitment to equity, access, and excellence ensures that all students receive the support they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
