Medication Policy
Whenever possible, medication should be administered by parents before or after school. MPS authorized personnel may administer prescription medication only if a parent or guardian has submitted a completed Medication/Procedure Authorization form.
Family Services
Fill out a form to contact the Office of Family Services to request information, initiate a concern or complaint and provide a suggestion or compliment.
Family Dispute Resolution Process
Milwaukee Public Schools is committed to helping parents and families find equitable solutions when there are disagreements or misunderstandings about their child’s education or learning environment. Please use the Dispute Resolution Form to submit your complaint after you have contacted your principal. The complaint will be routed to the appropriate area, and you will be contacted regarding your concerns.
