Forms and payments will be received as first come, first served. No registrations will be accepted if there is an outstanding balance from previous camp sessions. Those families who have outstanding bills will not be able to sign-up for camp until the full payment is received.
To enroll for this school year, fill out and sign all pages of the camp forms, and turn in to camp directors along with the $20 registration fee and $50 deposit. Please note that filling out a form does not guarantee a spot.
Camp Clement provides before- and after-school childcare. We welcome children ages K4 through 8th grade who attend Clement Avenue School. Camp Clement will run every MPS regular school day during the following hours:
- Mornings: 6:15 to 7:15 a.m.
- Afternoons: 2:15 to 5:00 p.m.
Regular camp hour fees are $8.00 per morning session and $15 for afternoon sessions and morning/afternoon sessions. There is a one time $25 registration fee (per child/student). There is ALSO a $50 deposit (per family) that will hold your spot for the school year.
We do accept state assistance. Our Wisconsin Shares provider number is 2000563892, location #117. Once your student is on the “authorized” list for our site, you may begin attending. Payment is accepted with the debit cards that you receive from Wisconsin Shares.

Late Fees
$15.00 for every 15 minutes late after 5:00 p.m.
Parents/guardians are responsible for transportation. No student will be accepted before 6:15 a.m. and all students must be picked up by 5:00 p.m. NO EXCEPTIONS. If your family is late more than one time picking up your student, you may lose your spot in our program.
Camp Clement programming will include:
- An afternoon snack
- Quiet homework time and homework help
- A variety of organized games and athletics
- Clubs, cooking, gardening, and trying new things
