At Barack Obama School of Career and Technical Education, we look forward to inspiring a vision, mission, and culture of high expectations. We hope that you will find this to be an exciting and rewarding year by supporting our work toward the goals of fostering students to embrace academic success and school beliefs.

Our school is a traditional neighborhood school that fosters an educational environment that aligns curriculum and instruction to specific learning goals and the common core standards. We offer a K5-12 educational program that focuses on college preparation and career and technical education.  We offer training, apprenticeships, certifications, and career guidance  in HVAC, Welding, Manufacturing, and Robotics.  In addition, we are a Project Lead the Way school.
