Families

The Alcott staff realizes that parents and families are an integral part of every child’s education and that involvement is crucial to a child’s development. By encouraging shared decision making between staff and families, students can rely on a strong support network when faced with challenges in school. An active Parent-Teacher Group works together to empower students. Families are also encouraged to volunteer their time and talents at all school functions. By participating in these activities, families become an active part of the Alcott environment, helping children form a bond between school and family.
