WCLL Athletics

How do I get cleared for a Sport?

All Athletes need to have completed and turned in forms to the Rufus King Athletic Office. Forms can be picked up from the Athletic Office or Main Office weekdays from 8:00am to 4:00pm.

  1. Physical Exam (once every two years) – proof of a physical exam that medically clears athlete to compete.
  2. Parent Permit (once a year) – signed approval of parent that student my participate AND proof of insurance
  3. Concussion Awareness Form (once a year) – signed by parent that they are aware of concussions and the danger associated with them
  4. Waiver of Liability/Handbook Sign Off Form (every season)
  5. Emergency Contact Card (every season)
  6. $25 – Cash or a check made out to WCLL (every season)

If forms are turned in after August 5th, a $5 late fee may be charge and athletes may not be eligible for the first day of practice.

Schedules can be found at our sportspak website. Most schedules are complete – we may be adding a few meets/games here and there
