Vision
We believe the most engaging strategy for achieving the mission of Wisconsin Conservatory of Lifelong Learning is to function as a collaborative professional learning community. We envision lifelong learning values will:
- Create a culture of integrity to support cooperative leadership.
- Build mutual respect for individual student academic success.
- Maintain disciplined peer and professional relationships.
- Guide students to develop a strong work ethic.
- Provide frequent opportunities for positive family engagement.
Our K4 – 12 school setting at WCLL allows staff to engage with families for a longer period of time. By strengthening relationships with educators, young learners become aware of their talents and abilities at an early age, receiving encouragement. As students transition into middle school, friendships with their peers and guidance by faculty equip students with real-life problem solving skills. Eventually, students transform into compassionate young adults with a solid educational foundation for college and work.
WCLL provides opportunities for growth, it also equips students with the social skills needed to succeed.
