I hope this message finds you well! It is hard to believe that the start of school is only one month away! The purpose of this email is to provide some updates to events leading up to the start of the school year. I will be in touch with more information as needed to get the school year started smoothly. We are looking forward to the upcoming 2024-2025 school year!
Mark your calendars! Our Fall Open House will be on Thursday, August 29 from 4:00 – 6:00pm. This will be a time to meet your child(ren)’s teacher(s), peek into the classrooms and drop-off school supplies.

2024-2025 Class Placements will be available in the Parent Portal of Infinite Campus on Friday, August 23, 2024. Use the link to create and/or log in to the Parent Portal of Infinite Campus. Click here.
Are you a new user to the Parent Portal? Contact Fairview School after August 1st at 414-546-7700 (Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 2:00pm) to receive an activation key prior to using the link.
The Infinite Campus Portal App and site allows 24-hour access to view your child’s schedule, attendance, transportation information and district messages.
Have you relocated or planning on relocating this summer? – We hope your child(ren) will be returning to Fairview, but we know that changes happen. In order to accurately assess our available seats for the 2024 2025 school year, please let us know if your child(ren) will be attending school elsewhere. Click here.
Camp Fairview Needs You! – We would like to continue our Before and After-School Camp Program at Fairview and are in need of additional instructors to complete our fantastic team. Camp instructors’ children attend for free! Fill out the attached link if you have an interest.

Camp Fairview Registration Information – Are you in need of before and/or after school camp?
Starting Monday, September 9th, 2024, we will be offering our before and after school care. The hours of Camp Fairview will be 6:45am for the morning camp and 2:25-5:30PM for after school camp. The cost for the camp is $8.00 per hour. We will have early Camp Fairview registration on Monday, August 26th from 3:00 – 5:00PM.
Registration packets will be available for you to fill out at Fairview’s main entrance. For each child, please have $10.00 (no cash – check or money order only) upon registration along with your child’s immunization records. Fairview Camp is cashless and will be using BluePay to process credit card payments. Camp balances from last year must be paid during registration time. If you are not able to register during these two dates, we will have camp registration at the Fairview Open House on Thursday, August 29th from 4:00-6:00PM.
Due to staffing shortages, Camp Fairview may be forced to do a camp lottery. Please know that camp registration does not guarantee a Camp Fairview spot. The Fairview Camp lottery will take place on September 1st, 2024. All registered families will receive confirmation on either their child’s acceptance into Camp Fairview or be placed on Camp Fairview’s waiting list.
Bus Information – Milwaukee Public Schools contracts several bus companies for Fairview School. Bus companies will be sending out each students’ bus route details via mail which will include: route time, pick up and drop off locations, and bus route #. If you do not receive bus confirmation by August 28, 2024 please call 414.546-7712.
Volunteering – Looking to make a difference in the lives of Fairview students? Whether you can serve for a day or just a few hours a week, there are many ways to get involved with the Fairview School community. All volunteers will need to have an approved Volunteer Application on file before they will be able to help at school. Click here for volunteer information.
Fairview School Drop Off and Pick Up Times – Our school day begins at 7:25 AM and ends at 2:25 PM. We will have outside supervision on the playground beginning at 7:20 AM. No matter if your child(ren) will be riding the bus, walking/riding bikes (weather permitting), or parent drop-off/pick-up, we encourage you to start on the first day of school with a consistent plan. It is most helpful for your child to know the plan in how they are getting to and from school. Please communicate the pick-up plan with your child’s teacher.
