April 12th will have a focus of winter and Spring sports pictures! It will also be the LAST Makeup Day for school pictures for your child to be in the yearbook.

Middle School Movie Night In the Gym!

We will be watching Minions Rise Of Gru. All 6th-8th grade students may attend this event. Please bring blankets to sit on. There will be a small concessions stand. Cash only.

Important Calendar Changes!
- April 10, 2023—Student Attendance Day: This date was previously a non-attendance day for students. Students
on the traditional calendar will now attend school on Monday, April 10, 2023.
- June 15, 2023—Last Day of School: The last day of school for students is moving to Thursday, June 15 instead of Friday, June 16.

Join Team Fairview!
Saturday, August 26, 2023
Start Time: 9:00 am
Adults: $15 through July 31, 2023 and $20 after July 31, 2023
Children: $5 anytime
Includes: event t-shirt, race bag of goodies, snacks after the run/walk, DJ entertainment, carnival games and a great opportunity for school community team building!
School-based teams that secure 25 or more registered team members by July 31, will get to walk/run in their own team t-shirt color, which will be distributed to the team’s captain.
School-based teams who register at 25 participants will qualify for a $500 grant to support a recreation need within their school community!
The school with the most participants will receive a $1,000 grant. As a reminder, if a team member registers after July 31, they will not receive a team t-shirt but will still count towards the team until August 18.
All proceeds benefit Youth Recreation Programs
Calling All Parents!
If you are looking to be more involved with the school on a district level please join the DAC! The District Advisory Council (DAC) meets one time monthly to learn about and advise on district strategies and programs impacting families, particularly related to Title I.
If you would like to be directly involved with our school please join our SEC!
The School Engagement Council enables families, staff, students (when appropriate), and community to work to support and inform shared leadership, equity and cultural relevance resulting in increased student achievement. The SEC meets one time monthly.

**Reminder that all concession sales will be CASH only! Phones will be collected at the door and labeled with the students names to be returned after the dance. No parents/siblings are allowed and permission slips must be turned in prior to arriving at the dance.
