Parent Teacher Association (PTA)

The Cooper School PTA is a collaborative partnership between families, teachers, and staff dedicated to enriching the educational experience of every student.  Their mission is to support Cooper through programs and events that celebrate it's diverse community, strengthen connections between home and school, and provide resources that enhance learning both inside and outside the classroom.

School Engagement Council (SEC)

The purpose of the SEC is to bring families, staff, students, and community to work together to improve the well-being of our Cooper Scholars, their education, and the culture of the building. The SEC only meets seven times during the school year (Sept- November and January -April). Since both organizations share a common theme the SEC meeting's will be conjunction with the PTA meetings although there will be a separate agenda and sign-in sheet.
