The Whittier Way<\/h2>\n

\"\"The \u201cWhittier Way\u201d is a school wide reward system using the \u201cPBIS\u201d 3 B\u2019s \u2013 Be Safe, Be Respectful, Be Responsible.\u00a0 Teachers and other adults in the building use the \u201cPAWS\u201d program to recognize students who use the 3 \u201cB\u2019s\u201d.\u00a0 When a student is caught being Respectful, Responsible or Safe, the teacher will fill out a \u201cpaw\u201d nominating them for the behavior.\u00a0 Nominated students will be announced at the end of the week and be included on the \u201cWhittier Way\u201d bulletin board outside the office.\u00a0 The goal is that every student will be on the board at least once by the end of the school year.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
