How do I get cleared for a Sport?<\/h2>\n

All Athletes need to have completed and turned in forms to the Rufus King Athletic Office. Forms can be picked up from the Athletic Office or Main Office weekdays from 8:00am to 4:00pm.<\/p>\n

  1. Physical Exam<\/strong>\u00a0(once every two years) \u2013 proof of a physical exam that medically clears athlete to compete.<\/li>\n
  2. Parent Permit<\/strong>\u00a0(once a year) \u2013 signed approval of parent that student my participate AND proof of insurance<\/li>\n
  3. Concussion Awareness Form<\/strong>\u00a0(once a year) \u2013 signed by parent that they are aware of concussions and the danger associated with them<\/li>\n
  4. Waiver of Liability\/Handbook Sign Off Form<\/strong>\u00a0(every season)<\/li>\n
  5. Emergency Contact Card<\/strong>\u00a0(every season)<\/li>\n
  6. $25 \u2013 Cash or a check made out to WCLL<\/strong>\u00a0(every season)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If forms are turned in after August 5th, a $5 late fee may be charge and athletes may not be eligible for the first day of practice.<\/p>\n

    Schedules<\/h2>\n

    Schedules can be found at our\u00a0sportspak website<\/a>.\u00a0Most schedules are complete \u2013 we may be adding a few meets\/games here and there<\/p>\n
