Before & After School Care (Carson Camp)

Registration

Parents/Guardians may register their child(ren) starting the first day of school with the Child Care Director.

Annual Registration Fee

There is a $5.00 minimum per child annual fee collected when parents register their child(ren) for the program.

Weekly/Daily Fees

The fee is per week, per child, regardless of day(s) or time(s) needed for childcare. Fee is based on school days.

Session Time Weekly Rate
AM 8:00–9:00 a.m. $13.00
PM 4:10–6:00 p.m. $57.00
AM & PM 8:00–9:00 a.m. & 4:10–6:00 p.m. $70.00

W-2 Information

  • Parents who are authorized for W-2 will have their camp fee paid through the W-2 Region Office. Parents must designate Carson Camp as childcare provider.
  • W-2 applicants are responsible for weekly fees until the camp receives childcare authorization.
  • Students will receive a confirmation letter once they have been enrolled into camp.
  • Parents with students on the waiting list will be notified, as soon as openings become available.
  • A $10.00 late fee (due before service continues) will be charged for students not picked up by 6:00 p.m. Students who are picked up late 2 times will be dropped from Carson Camp.

Transportation

Transportation is not provided. Parents will be responsible for getting their children to and from the school.

Behavior

Inappropriate and/or disruptive behaviors will not be tolerated. Students are expected to follow school rules while in attendance. The procedure for inappropriate/disruptive behaviors is as follows:

  1. Redirection or “Time Out”
  2. Warning letter
  3. 1 Week Suspension from program
  4. Termination from program
