We are both experienced teachers and recreation staff who are dedicated to the CLC program and students of Fifty-Third St. School. We practice constant communication and are very committed to providing your child with the best possible after-school experience.<\/p>\n
CLC does charge a one time $10.00 registration fee, per child, for every child participant. This fee helps to offset the cost of special program supplies and staff for our activities.<\/p>\n
Families who qualify for W-2 childcare reimbursement will not have to pay the CLC fee. Those families who are interested in applying for this benefit are encouraged to speak with the Director for more information.<\/p>\n
The W-2 application is a necessary part of the CLC application process. If you do not qualify for this benefit, you are responsible for this fee.<\/p>\n
CLC is available to all registered participants. We have 150 open available spots every year. When all spots are full a waiting list will include all interested students.\u00a0CLC is open following the MPS regular school day schedule. We are closed on all Banking Day and Non-Student Attendance Days.<\/p>\n
Generally CLC will operate as follows:<\/p>\n
All participants must be picked up, or eligible to walk home, by 6:00 p.m. If a child is routinely picked up late, termination from the CLC program may follow.<\/p>\n
